I follow the thread others walk past.
Most teams are full of knockout brand ideas. I love seeing the campaigns, stories, and products they dream up. I became more interested in what happened after launch than launch itself.
That curiosity eventually became the framework I use today.

Who You're Hiring.
I’m Rochelle Letwenuk, a brand and creative lead with 7+ years of experience building strategy, messaging, identity, and creative systems across 6+ global brands and sub-brands.
I’ve worked through acquisitions, international markets, SaaS, insurance, background screening, and AI workflows. Different categories, but they all have strong ideas that start drifting once they hit real teams, real tools, and real "oh crap the deadline is in two hours" moments.
I work iteratively because the strongest brand decisions usually reveal themselves through use. I build, test, question, revise, and look for the idea that makes the whole system easier to understand.
The point of the system is to find the organizing insight, then turn it into rules, tools, habits, and AI-ready context other people can use without thinking.
Evidence-first
Real artifacts before recommendations.
Iteration-led
The idea gets sharper through use.
Handoff-tested
Real tasks, tools, and people.
